This week started with some interesting filming news (1 November) and pictures from Ladner. A library has been turned into the Mud Lick police station for filming, exterior scenes were scheduled to involve vehicles and exposed prop weapons and Mulder and Scully were spotted driving through the area and were heard bickering outside this ridiculously named police station. (X) 

We got a couple of pictures of them filming, and Gillian surely looks like someone who is having fun! 😊 (X)

Night filming continued in Ladner Harbour Park, where Mulder and Scully were driving a car down the road across from the Marina (X)

Next up some rumours, speculations about Chanelle Peloso playing a character named Emily Van De Kamp. Later on, more information about the whole Van de Kamp family, appearing – according to IMDB’s page – in Episode 5. (X)

First announcement concerning the 25th anniversary of The X-files! 

The X-Fest, celebration of 25th anniversary with panels, Q&As and many guests, in March 2018 (X)

The new videos from NYCC 2017 gave us David Duchovny explaining the nature of the show: “ It’s like did we have a love scene last week and now we are doing this? Now we are acting like we never even held hands? There is a little bit of that to the nature of our show.“ (X)

Both Gillian and David mentioned how much they love working on the show and how much they love the people they work with…another sweet moment of the interviews. (X)

I think it is safe to say that we are already very hopeful and excited about the new season as all the information we are gathering points to a very aesthetic, back to the beginning, old-style X-files episodes… And in this week what made us believe even more – other than the bickering story😍 – is Mitch Pileggi and his conversation with David: “This is vintage Mulder and Scully. This is classic. This is throwback. This is what made the fans fall in love with the show. The way you guys are talking to each other” (X)
