Well, that was a great day, let me tell you.
The podcast group was taking about shows they wanted to bring back and one said ‘The Red Shoe Diaries’ with D&G both as hosts since they’re a couple and it would make the nerds crazy. Theories started flying and two of the panel said D&G love each other that it wasn’t speculation but FACT.
They also said they saw things at the Webbys and weren’t supposed to talk about it. There was a reference or gesture to hands or fingers because one host asked if they were ‘fingering’ as in the sexual act. So my guess is someone in the room motioning to their hands.
All in all, these folks saw Gillovny in the wild, knew they were in love and couldn’t talk about anything else.

I think if you saw him for the first time it was good. I think the person you are a fan off can hardly mess up because of your excitement and you are just in a happy to be there mood.
For me my reaction to the London panel was : meh…
it was not bad but it wasn’t great either. In my personal opinion he seemed off, a little reserved and kind of assuming that people were out to get him with their questions. Which was odd because no one asked questions he could get “in trouble” for. His body language to me was weird, his humor was a little off. To me he seemed stressed. But he still is a professional and knows how to act at those panels. The good thing was the panel was maybe 60% full so everyone had a good seat. The chairs were fucking uncomfortable and because the panel wasn’t in a separate room the noise from the people behind the partition walls was a little annoying.
So if I had to give him a grade it would be a C.
Haha, good questions, anon. I really don’t know. I know I have first read about this supposed dinner here on Tumblr, but I don’t know if there is an actual evidence if it really happened. But why not, right?
To be fair, his children are old! You don’t need your dad 24/7 when you’re their age. I feel like he’s been a very present and caring dad when they needed him. I wish he would use his free time with someone else, older and blonder though.
So here’s the thing. You all are awesome. No matter how you define ‘Gillovny’ or how you choose to enjoy David and Gillian’s chemistry, you are NOT the no good, seedy underside of the XF fandom. Don’t ever feel less than. You hear me? There are a horrible, petty and extremely bitter few who have done their best to state otherwise as though it were fact. But it’s not and they are not the voice of reason. In fact, they are highly insecure and treat people like dirt.
They shame gillovnies. They mock us. They namecall. They use rhetoric to manipulate, bend and twist truths. They are a villainous bunch who bad mouth DD just to raise their overly objectified queen G. Not that Gillian isn’t worthy bc she is. However, these anti-gillovny stans only care about one thing and that’s obsessing over G to a seriously unstable extent. So much so that they shit on X-Files, they run blogs that mock our ship with their ridiculous PM+GA one and they NEVER shut up about why G is better off hating CC and DD and men in general. They are pathetic and it shows.
You don’t have to look far to see who these bullies are bc they are loud af. And showy so very showy it’s kinda hilarious. Anyway, they are the cockroaches of the fandom. They scurry during the day and creep in the dark. But good news! We have the power to squash these pests. With. Our. Love. For. Our. Fave.
Trust me, they are running scared y’all & the more they whine, the further we rise! 💪😉
