Youâre not crossing a line anon and itâs a valid question, although, tbh, I havenât seen anyone claiming to have a source on here since ISYL. It feels like itâs more people sharing their opinions without claiming to have any kind of knowledge and this is way better this way!
But if you follow someone claiming to have a source, Iâll just give you an advice, and I speak from experience: trust no one đ
Iâve been here for a long time now, and in all my Gillovny tumblr life, I had 5 different sources, that Iâm not going to name, some of them have left the fandom, some of them have left tumblr, some of them are still here. Out of all these âsourcesâ, only one (1) was truth worthy, in a way that she gave me actual proof that she knew who she said she knew. And even that doesnât prove Gillovny. It only proves that she wasnât a liar and that what she said was likely to be legit.
The other ones were mostly just seeking for attention, making shit up because why not or pathological liars. One of them even became a Gorgan source when she felt that I started doubting her. Not even joking, these people do believe they have a source now. If only they knewâŠ
So this is my experience with sources. I totally understand if you want to believe, Iâve been there several times, but Iâd suggest you try to engage in private with these people, whoever they are, and after a while, if theyâre still not able to give you the beginning or a proof about who they are and who they know, then run away.
