Something strikes me in Gillian’s drawings.
Maybe because
being my job I pay attention to this. I’ve never seen anything of the sort, and I don’t say that because it’s hers.

It’s really intriguing 

the fact they are full circle, I mean
the lines are not cut or open and even the peaks of the mountains
or roof remain soft. We could turn around one of them indefinitely. 

I’m sure this is indicative of a personality trait! I found them cute and very neat! 🙂

This is the oposite of the one with David.

Lines are open and messy. That could be funny to intertpreted both! ^^

For David : 

Drawing human figures indicates a successful person: someone with a healthy self-image who connects identity to a complete body. It suggests a person is in control of their emotions and can achieve their goals.

Ugly faces represent a negative or distrustful view.

Pay attention to the eyes and the mouth. Extra detail on eyes could suggest a desire to be noticed. Or it could mean the artist feels like they’re being watched or their privacy is invaded.

Wide, circular faces mean innocence.

I have looked at the two doodles a little. In general, an analysis will depend on which theory you use. But here you go; 

About DD´s drawing:

His doodle is under a headline which show that he has more to say than he could manage to draw. Then his doodle is on the left side of a page it show nostalgia for the past. When looking at his alien, we will look at the facial expression, they often analyze these to the artist himself. so the face is the mirror for the artist. Dark lines under the eyes= tired, sad and so on. Ugly faces often mean you are mistrustful and the childlike face also shows some sort of deprivation. There is some missing parts in the face, the ears. But they are usually not drawn on aliens, so I do not know if we should analyze that. But usually, missing things on faces means that you are feeling fragmented. DD’s lines are very easy and without pressure which means some sort of peace of mind. In general, in spite of the perhaps not best drawing skills, one would say that the drawing represents a strong, mature and sensitive artist but an artist who is nostalgic for the past and who currently lacks something / feels depressed.

About GA´s drawing:

There is a lot of zigzag that means discomfort in life, a discomfort the artist wants to escape from. The trees she has drawn, means ego and her ambition. They are pretty tall. But you can discuss how healthy they look like? There are no fruits or leaves, ie love, family, children and sex is not an important element in the artist’s life at the moment. Normally no leaves and fruit would indicate depression. Further more the trees stand alone and are therefore an indication that the person is feeling alone and seeking protection.  Some of the things can be perceived as arrows, which means aggressively ambitious. By drawing a form of transport (UFO), it means there is something she wants to get away from an urge to change one’s life. Unlike DD’s drawing, GA’s lines are very clear and tough. Which represent aggression and apprehension. Overall her doodle could represent a need to find unity and peace and could mean that the artist is struggling in life. In general her doodle shows a need for seeing and being seen, some frustration and that she is looking for new challenges.
