For all the people saying David was being rude and standoffish about MSR. He was not – he just sensed the mood of the audience to talk about other topics as well. One even yelled: move on. People who actually went to the panel said Mitch and David were both in a good and fun mood. And I don’t see any reason to not believe them and I also have not seen any proof of David or Mitch being rude, moody etc.

Clarification regarding: Alien Con and MSR

Ok. I’ve said this before… But before people freak out over secondhand information… They really should seek out FIRSTHAND information. This is how rumors and bad stuff gets started and circulated.

I was at the Alien Con panel. And DD did NOT say he was ‘done with MSR’ the way people here are taking it. You have to take this all in context. He was asked, over the course of about thirty minutes, about the lack of a S11 kiss perhaps four or five different ways. How many times can he answer the same thing? Asking the same question a different way isn’t going to change the answer…. At one point, he just was exasperated and told the host “ wow, you are really into this topic” (or words to that effect) and asked to move on…TO OTHER QUESTIONS AND TOPICS. He gladly discussed his fave episodes, talked about hurting his back on set, talked about working with different guest stars. He and Mitch also took audience question.

So can we put all this “David hates the fandom” gloominess to bed now?
