Having had crutches in the US as well as in Europe it’s right that the crutches in her pic are more likely to be given to patients in the US.
In Europe you get like 99% of the time forearm crutches that’s at least my experience. Here you just get others if you have a wrist problem or can’t put too much pressure on your forearms…

But I can’t make out what it says on the tag 😬
So it’s possible she hurt her foot on vacation or somewhere out of London…
