(1) I think there is a lot of confusion on here about the difference between “manager” and “agent.” DD is represented by a licensed agent at ICM, but that doesn’t mean Brad is not his manager. Agents handle negotiations/contracts and are regulated. This is not true for managers. Anyone can be an entertainer’s manager (that’s why family members are often managers). At the very least, Brad seems to be acting as DD’s publicist. Whatever the case, he is serving in an advisory role for DD’s career.
