BMW Group Presents: 200 Women Who Will Change the Way You See the World.

New Book and Storytelling Exhibition Celebrating Inspirational Women Opens at Pen + Brush Gallery in New York City on May 15th.

Among the women honored are the recently passed Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, who was a remarkable freedom fighter on the front line of the struggle for the people in South Africa, bestselling authors Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and Margaret Atwood, actor and activist Gillian Anderson, supreme court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern, classic violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter and conservationist Jane Goodall, alongside other activists, artists, astronauts, entrepreneurs and a brave Nepalese woman who has spent most of her life living on the streets of Kathmandu selling cigarettes – one at a time – to support her family.

I don’t say this in a mean way but I really hope that Gillian doesn’t settle for this types of roles. In the Variety article they don’t even metion her character. She has so much potential why not go for the leader role? After all the interviews she saying she wants big projects I really can’t believe that the next role is not the main one.

I don’t know anon… To be honest, I think we’re lucky if this movie is actually released. She’s been announced in quite a few movie of this kind in the past 2/3 years and none have been out. I guess her next really big project is the play All About Eve in 2019.

to be honest this time around I haven’t seen anybody really complaining about David not tweeting Gillian back (although now he did). 🤷‍♀️ I feel like we are getting used to it and don’t obsess about it much.

I mostly think there’s no point on discussing David’s Twitter handling as it doesn’t even exist. We would just be commenting on the interaction between Brad and Gillian and nobody is interested in that.

More details on GA’s new film – it’s called THE SUNLIT NIGHT (because it’s set in Norway where at certain times of the year it’s always daylight). Co-stars are Dustin Hoffman, Zach Galifianakis and Jenny Slate (Captain America AKA Chris Evans’s ex-girlfriend) and GA plays the brassy Russian mother of one of the main characters. It’s a supporting role so she might not be in it a lot. Norway is a 2 hour flight from London so it’s also within easy traveling distance for G.
