I think this social media discussion is funny cause tbh this twitter fuckery (except a couple tweets)was that 1 thing that always made me doubt a little. I feel much more confident of GA/DD since they stopped it though it was really fun!🙈maybe they are really preparing for a coming out (which we thought they were going to do last year)and they want to leave just little room for speculations and « attacks »!btw Thank u for keeping tte drama a way from here but also for standing up when needed!🌞🌞

Anyway I agree the teasing and trolling on Twitter was one of the major argument against Gillovny  for some people who thought there was no way Gillian would be discussing the size of David’s penis if she was dating him. Now that she’d stopped, it seems like their lack of public interactions is also an argument against Gillovny. To me, it feels more like they’ve decided to be more careful and more protective of their privacy and share less with us, which is probably a good thing and a good sign, even if I miss them. I really really hope they’re going to come out soon. That’s exactly what this fandom need now, and I have this thought at the very least once a day. Sometimes, I feel like they are, sometimes I think it’ll never happen, so let’s just pray!

The London is a deal breaker thing maybe comes from people pushing for a ga pm relationship saying that (in her book I assume) she says the two most important qualities in a partner are kindness and availability? And apparently those two things point to pm and not dd. 🙄🙄🙄

I don’t know about PM, but I know David is kind and probably more available that we think. Is it a complete coincidence that he lives in LA most of the time, and flies to NY every time Gillian goes there? Maybe. But maybe not. 

I have this headcanon that, before they part, he always slips a note into her pocket/bag/suitcase. Sometimes she’ll find them during the flight, or later at home when she’s unpacked. But they’re always sweet. Quotes or lyrics, or even just a simple « I love you–see you again soon ». He just seems like such a sweet, romantic kinda guy, & I wouldn’t put it past him to do things like this. <3

With the whole discourse whether Gillian and David are or were in a relationship lately and reading that it is embarressing that some fans took Gillian’s « game » too seriously, I’ve been pondering about this for a while now and the only question I have is: What was Gillian expecting we would think about her calling David Schmoopie? I mean, one google search and you know what Schmoopie stands for. So, why would she put that out there like that? Knowing very well how crazy this fandom is…

This question wakes me up at night. I have no answer… I’m not even sure she has one. 

I’ve noticed something unusual & interesting. For years on twitter Gillian doesn’t seem to hesitate plugging David’s books & his other projects, yet I can’t find a single instance where he has done the same for her. He hasn’t mentioned her new book once. Rationally, explanations may be either his lack of etiquette, honest disinterest in her projects, disinterest in her, or him being overly private & cautious about her. Either way I find it strange to not reciprocate her public support. Thoughts?

It isn’t disinterest, it is just David not being comfortable with social media and being protective of his privacy and their relationship, whatever you think it is. I think he had explained that enough for us not to worry about his lack of tweets. We know he supports her. He went at Streetcar last year. Not on the opening day, probably by choice, because he didn’t want to draw too much attention on him and them. Gillian said they’ve been here for each other in good and bad moments, there’s no reason to doubt he supports her. Remember he wore the pussy hat for basically his whole tour? We just have to read between the lines with those two. 

I was thinking about the change on Gillian’s tweets and her relationship with David. They took many years to get over with whatever put them apart during the series. They wouldn’t jeopardize it. So, I have to believe they’ve decided to shield their relationship from too much exposition. They’re out of control in the last years, especially her. If they’re together I guess it’s clever to avoid media bc fans can be crazy. Look at this mess we’ve made (us=fandom). I don’t blame them. 😕

I don’t blame them either. David has always been more careful with what he said on social media, especially when it comes to communication with Gillian. She’d been a tease for years, pushing this game very very far, being dirty and all. Maybe she was just tired of it and wants to calm things down in order to protect their privacy. It’s understandable.
