I saw JHH making the choice A) a gillovny movie… But who could direct/write that and one movie sounds like not enough time…

I’ve posted info on here before. You don’t have to believe a word I say, I honestly don’t care because at the end of the day I know the truth. My sources (actually, make that sources) are super reliable. Gillian has always had a thing for David, in fact she was always quite open about it when it suited her. She and David were sleeping together sometime around mid-95 to late-96. David broke it off. There was a lot of tension during this time as there had also been prior to the sleeping together.

(continuation). sometime prior to S10 both GA & DD got a lot closer and Gillian claimed they were entitled to some of friends with benefits thing going on. I don’t know how true it was but it’s definitely what Gillian was saying. Now they are still friends but the physical side has cooled a bit. Gillian has always been pretty straight up in love with David. David seems to blow hot and cold regarding Gillian (although I hear he’s a nice guy).

I wish you’d come off anon, tbh. That would make it more truthworthy, but anyway…
I’ve never bought the “friends with benefits” theory. I truly believe they were together, as in a committed and serious relationship and I will need more than an anonymous message based on a so called reliable source to make me change my mind.
That said, my theory with them breaking up was that one of them wanted it to get more serious and that would mean coming out. And i think one of them freaked out. I’m mixed on who it could be, though but that would fit with what you say.
But as long as you’re staying anonymous, this will remain one more Gillovny theory. Thank you for sharing it anyway!

Basically they are doing S11 as friends who get on better now than ever, but currently JUST friends. From my very reliable source (seriously if you knew who t was you’d understand)….Gillian has been trying to get David for years and would have done anything to make it work but now that he is more interested in her she seems scared off by it or just not as interested.

Ah! The good ol’ time of sources! I miss that. Well… I’m not really surprised by what you say, it sounds very Gillovny-like, sadly. But hopefully, one day, they’ll be on the same page at the same time.

That’s not exactly what she said. She said he was like catnip to women. Here’s the actual quote (from 1995)

“We have our ups and downs. At times it’s difficult. We both tend to be quite moody, but underneath I think we care about each other.” They are both coy about whether they ever considered dating, but Anderson will allow that Duchovny is “like catnip” to women.
