She spends the first weeks of summer mostly arms deep in mud somewhere in Central Park, constantly up to mischief and always making her father bring some fresh fruit or get a smoothie for her. She has bruised and scratched knees and elbows from her adventures, but that doesn’t keep her from frolicking around with all the little friends she made – mostly boys, because she’s a wild child and once she sees a sandbox and a water pump, her baby dolls are abandoned.
Her hair got very light during the two weeks they’d spent in Costa Rica, where her mother broke her heel and her father teared his shoulder in an attempt to catch her as she was jumping into the pool. And while David is alright to care for her, Gillian is barely able to go to the playgrounds or keep up with her in general. It was a very nice vacation nontheless, because there was even sweeter fruit than at home and her brothers had a lot of time to play with her, which she always enjoys tremendously.
Twice a week, David brings her to a summer gymnastics class, where she met Henry, a little boy she never stops talking of these days. The first boyfriend, Gillian teases, while David just grumbles with gritted teeth. As if it wasn’t enough that his oldest daughter is about to leave for college, now the little one is also starting to spread her wings…
summary: I’m fulfilling two prompts with this one. Headboard-banging and fake sex turning into real sex. It’s a doozy, y’all!
“God, Mulder,” she gasps. “Oh my god. This is just pretend. It’s just pretend.” But then she grinds her ass right back against you, and that’s not pretend at all. Nosiree.
His eyes aren’t even open before he feels the rush of adrenaline through his body as he remembers she’s there.
Finally, after so many months. After he was sure they’d seen the end of the blissful chaos that was purely them, he’s again immersed in it. And so deeply now, it’s as if it is the first time it’s been affirmed and reaffirmed to him that they belong together. How much more does she need, he wonders as he opens his eyes and doesn’t fight the smile that spreads across his face. Good Lord, how is it possible that he’s right back here, fighting for this moment to stay once again? Her blonde mess splayed along his sheets so delicately. He moves one strand blocking his view of her cheek and moves in to kiss the skin underneath. She hums, her eyes fluttering under her lids.
He almost shudders as he considers what’s next. Will she come back? He’s not sure he can stand to lose her now. Not again. Not after last night. Not after decades of feeling like this.
He tickles his fingertip along her pinky finger peeking out beneath her cheek. A slow small smile forms on her face and his bedroom is lit with it.
His nerves are fuel for his words. This needs to be done. It’s not the time for holding back.
“Gillian, you belong here,” he whispers, his soft breath blowing stray strands of her hair. Her eyes open and meet his and his world stops as he waits for her response. “I hope you realize that. I want you here with me.”

Helloooooo! This is finished 😉 I like it, It’s like the photo they would have hanging on the wall of the stairs or in the living room of the unremarkable house. I tried to make William as a mix of both of his parents and with a clearly taste for sports (in which, as you can see, he matches with Mulder!).
I love doing these. So much fun!
Anyway, I hope you like i! if I see interest, I think I’ll make prints and stuff so I can offfer it without the watermarks and better quality.
