I’d say he does most of them, and perhaps gets some help when they’re very professional and needs links and specific tags. But most of them are his. No doubt about it. When he tweets five times in a row, changes the wording, tweets pictures of a duck or a cup of Nespresso, or even link his dropbox by mistake, it’s all him!
