Spooky Con gave us what it promised, happy fans, naughty T-shirts, chairs squeezed together and one great panel with Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny! 

Gillian signed the ‘ATTHS’ tee and when asked the question of: ‘What did you guys do when you ATTHS twice?’ she wrote: Every which way. Poor moderator tried his best but we all know it’s not easy to moderate Gillovny unless you are The Paley Guy. But we did learn that Gillian lived at David’s place for three days once, and never paid him! Apparently, David Duchovny never forgets and Gillian doesn’t forgive, just like the fandom. Although, David was unsure of the sex that occurred in the booth of Chili’s, Gillian could remind him by listing the details from the fanfic that she read… She also raised $4600 for SA_Yes mentoring and posted the cutest selfie with the whole gang together, thanking everyone for being there. 

Robert Patrick & Annabeth Gish are the cutest, and, according to all, she is an angel and a blessing to meet. Oh, and she ships Reyes and Scully, of course. 😜 But she also has love to give to Agent Doggett and luckily, the love is mutual!

About David leaving the stage

Just because there seems to be a misconception or lack of information or whatever regarding this issue, so I felt the need to address it just for further clarification.

Contrary to what some ppl might think, David didn’t ABANDON Gillian on stage after the panel was over. Based on the videos that are available it is clearly noticeable that David waited a bit to see what Gillian needed from him.

She asked him to sign the shirt, which he did in a sexy way, and then she cleared him to go. He still hesitated, but he knew he HAD to go and SO DID SHE. Due to the event’s disorganization some ppl scheduled for his solo photo op at 11am didn’t make it in time. So David HAD to return to attend these remaining photo ops BEFORE the group photo op began. Gillian later joined the group after the auction was over.

Was Gillian disappointed? Probably, but guys, she knew he couldn’t stay longer. She pouted for effect bc hey, her man was leaving, but she totally understood. And yet, AND YET, he hesitated. That says a lot.

Anyway, from what I could see (peeked actually lol) they were all in great spirits in the group photo op. David especially was giddy and glowing once his woman returned to his side. His smile could light up a room.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. David was in an awesome mood, they both were. He left the stage bc he had to, not bc he wanted to. Hope that somehow helps clear this issue once and for all.

P.s. Whether you believe Gillovny is real or not, it doesn’t matter. All you need to know is the undeniable truth that those two truly and genuinely LOVE each other.
