Re the audiobook: I gotta say I really enjoyed the dynamic of Téa and David though it did take a while to get into the rhythm of David narrating everything and Téa speaking Emer’s sentences but it works out great imo. The only chapter I found painful to listen to was the sex scene because it kind of felt like I’m creepily eavesdropping on this married couple’s sex life (and I know they’re not married anymore but it was still uncomfortable and awkward Omg)

Haha okay, thank you for sharing, anon!

The fact that David’s still refers to Tea as « family » means that he’ll NEVER get over her. Ever. And that should be a hint to anyone that dates him. Sorry MP — you’ll never be what you may want to be to that guy.

I think he meant their children, he didn’t specifically said “Téa is my family”, but she always be, in a way and I think she would refers to him as family too regardless how happy she is with Tim now. This has nothing to do with whom they’re dating for me. They’ve been married for so long, they have children together, they see each other a lot, they spend vacation together, birthdays and all, so yes, they are a family. it doesn’t mean they haven’t moved on.
