That’s something I keep in a corner of my head since the PM thing started. I thought it could be them wanting to be seen with new lovers before they come out so everyone think it’s new and they fell in love during the filming or the promo of xf something like that. With PM in the way, I guess no journalist will be willing to dig deeper in their past, which is for sure complicated and muddy. That would be a dangerous game, but in the end, it would protect them, their previous partners and their children from the crappy press and the creepiest fans. Add Monique in the equation, and it’s perfect. Gillian would be dating someone the high level British and American press would expect her to be dating, and David someone the tabloids who stayed focus on the 2008 rumors about him would expect him to be dating too.

That’s my denial theory. But honestly, nothing has be proven about Monique anyway.
