Do you remember how far in advance David’s walk of fame ceremony was announced? Thought it would be cool if Gillian’s star would be given during xf promo too – love to see the speeches :)

I did a little bit of research and actually, David’s ceremony was announced only 4 days before the actual ceremony. It appears that they only announce one upcoming ceremony at a time, for example, right now they only announce the one that will happen on Monday. So I guess Gillian’s could happen anytime soon. 

I’m so emotionally invested in the idea of Gillian having a Hollywood star. I don’t understand why she doesn’t. Besides her probably not giving a fuck (a theory I am not willing to accept), I think she doesn’t want her family (mainly her two boys) being photographed at the ceremony. Idk. I guess they don’t have to be there but it seems like everyone’s kids attend their star ceremony. I just want her to have one so bad! Shall we start a fund?

@becksndot5 tried, I think. I don’t know if it’s still happening or not, but the reason she doesn’t have one yet is probably because she doesn’t give a fuck. David’s kids weren’t there when he got his, and he doesn’t mind showing them and being photographed with them. There was only his brother who was there, and I don’t remember who told me that, but someone was at the ceremony and hear David said tell him he did it for their mum. If not, he probably wouldn’t have cared either. Hollywood boulevard is not what it used to be. If she gets a star, it’ll be in a weird neighborhood where nobody never goes. That’s not the best rewarding thing to get, in my opinion.
