I’ve just seen some asks asking why David isn’t being held responsible for this mess too. Let’s be clear, Gillian trolled him basically away from his own twitter account. He never responded once, and if Gillovny is indeed false, then I feel so sorry for him. She also sold a Schmoopie shirt on false pretences, like it actually meant something. I’m just really shocked still.

David has always been very lowkey on his relationship with Gillian, his denial were always a lot more believable than Gillian’s, and he stopped tweeting after he understood it could go to far and he wasn’t confortable with it (his words). So no, David is not responsible for the Gillovny fans sorrow right now. I think the responsibility is shared by our own selves and Gillian, even if it was not on purpose.
