Oh no, it’s not a manip but you watched the wrong thing. It’s in the second movie, I Want To Believe, after the credits.
I just rewatched the last episode of season 9 in anticipation of seeing the scene where mulder and scully are sitting in a boat and scully wears just a bikini and a blouse. But it wasn’t there. Where can I find this scene or was it just a manip?
