Hi, I want to know your opinion about Gillian. these last months She has changed her public image. to be honest I don’t like her attitude, She is condescending. sorry for my english and thank you.

I’m sorry you feel that way, anon. I agree there’s a shift in her public image, but I don’t find her condescending though. Since the end of the summer, she has been promoting very serious and important projects. She was first fully focused on child trafficking and promoting Sold, which didn’t allow her to crack a joke or tweet about plastic doll or David’s dick. Then, she’s been promoting both We and Viceroy’s house, which are heavy subjects that matter a lot to her. Her interviews lately are about politic and feminism, she wants to deliver an important message to all of us, it’s important for her, and again, there’s no room for funny jokes here. I think she’s more serious and focus on her work than condescending. 

There’s also the fact that she’s been doing a lot of things in the UK and I feel like her image can be slightly different in Europe than in the US. Just wait for the American Gods promotion to start. The Gillian we all miss will be back for sure.
