It didn’t say « give Gillian Anderson more money for all those years you didn’t » it said « more than DD » And Gillian posted it as it was, without any further clarification, which means she shares the sentiment. You can live in a fantasy world where it all rainbows and puppies and GA&DD are BFFs, but in truth they are just colleagues who learned better pr game than 20 years ago.

As much as I’m free to live in this fantasy world, as you said, you’re also free to keep living in the 90s when people thought Gillian and David hated each other, but just remember that everyone else is moving forward, growing, improving around you while you’re still stuck with your rage and anger. You’re also free to ignore everything that David and Gillian continually say about each other, but I’m sad for you that you can’t see the beauty of their relationship as it is and can’t step out from this nonsensical PR game theory that must give you a very low opinion on both David and Gillian.
