Not to be a conspiracy seeker, but I think you’re absolutely right, anon. Everyone doubts about everyone in this fandom, mostly because a lot of bullshit are said, supposedly sources make their round going from the Gillovny fandom to the Gorgan one (yes, that is happening for real), spreading lies all the same. If people were more honest, if everyone was comfortable enough sharing their (real) informations publicly, Gillovny would be out a long time ago.
You know why David and Gillian can get away with doing everything they do and being together? Because our fandom can be stupid (ya my words are harsh). Everything is diamissed as rumor. Things are said to be business and D or G were somewhere just to « stop by and say hi ». Things are said to be too hard to believe. Lots is said to be untrusthworthy. Familyness is said to be too unrealistic. D & G being in love said to be impossible. THEY GET AWAY W THEIR RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE NO ONE BELIEVES.
