Hey anon! Yes, I’ve met them both, separately.
I met Gillian in 2015, at a convention, only for a brief moment at her signing table. I’m really tall and large and even if it felt like I could put her in pocket, I was very Very impressed and intimidated. I basically froze, forgot how to speak English, actually forgot how to speak at all. I basically handed her my stuff to sign, and ran away as fast as possible. She’s so tiny, but she has such a huge aura, I couldn’t take it lol! Looking back at it, I’m quite disappointed in myself about that meet up, so I hope I’ll have another shot.
I met David last year, during a meet and greet before his concert. I wouldn’t say I froze, I actually managed to tell him a few words (2 or 3 including my name). I think he was very nice and friendly and I may have died a little bit when he touched me, but I can’t tell you more because it was so intense that I pretty much forgot everything. Just ask @becksndot5, she was with me, she says I looked like a zombie. I was on a survival mode. So I need another shot with him too!
But it was all worth it, and I’d do it all over again tomorrow and everyday if I could!
