Then when was the turn of David, Gillian was there, but later, when was the dinner time, there were 2 girls (the same girl at first) soo… Where were they ??

Yes, it looks like Gillian and David went straight from the Upfronts only for the 4 minutes they spent on stage. Gillian sat there waiting for David’s speech because it was close to the stage, and I think David didn’t even sit in the room at all. Then, they left together to their respective parties, I think.
