gillian probably cancelled the maine thing because she’ll be filming that new kate mckinnon movie in austria. she might not be on set for season 11 for the first week or so like with iwtb where she joined 3 weeks into filming.

I don’t think so. Remember last time in Glastonbury she didn’t answer any questions but instead interviewed Jennifer, like she had nothing to do with the book? And now cancels the next event too? I’m sorry but that’s too much coincidence. She was so into this whole book thing in the beginning. And now she avoids it and lets Jennifer do the whole thing alone. It doesn’t seem fair to me. And yes, maybe she will be filming this new movie, which she signed for in the very last minute, but if that’s more important to her than a book she worked 2 years on and her co-author is one of her best friends then I have no comment.🤷

I think she is afraid of the comments and questions that might come. She previously did not care what people were saying or thought of her, but with all the mess that has been lately, she may care more than we think and more than she shoes? In addition, as human beings, you rarely fear questions and comments when you know your right and have done something right. But you avoid things and questions when you are doing something wrong, saying something that has turned out not to be true or when you are drawing a picture of yourself that do not match. I personally think she is well aware that this could be really difficult to attend and that she might take things a bit heavier than we immediately think.

By the way it is possible to make agreements that are conveniently located at the same time, so you have a good excuse for not to participate…
