If others want to see it (I have attached link to the page anon talks about)  it seems to be the official twitter profile of Portofino. There is a picture of GA, one that has been shown before. PM is NOT mentioned. In addition there are pictures of another celebrity on the profile, the picture taken at the same hotel and is undoubtedly taken while the person knows it is taken. Overall, the profile is full of all the celebrities who visit the city.
