Of course there has to be an explanation other than a working rs but tbh this video partying in his rented house should give a clueless that they are not romantically involved. I mean D is so private about his romantic life(after tea) that I cannot see him having a gf this age (and behaving like that age) who just trolls sm with their rs. He would never agree to that.
