Exactly! January 2nd is easier for David who has a house in Malibu and can be promoting the show and be with his family as well. But I’m sure it’s just the beginning of the promo week and she’ll join him later for other events.
Damn damn damn! If only the show was starting at least a couple of days later, D&G could have had a joined interview on Kimmel! But Jan 2 is early, it’s right after new year’s & it would have meant that Gillian would have to be in the US on Jan 1. We know she’s going to be there on Jan 8. So that’s probably easier for her to do interviews around that date. I’m sure Gillian prefers doing press stuff with David. It’s more fun and she’s more relaxed. But living in England makes it complicated. 😕
