I’m really pissed because 2moms tweeted that woman from WOF to tell her we’re just a bunch of crazies who want David and Gillian to be together and she APOLOGIZED for the fandom to her. Who does she think she is?

The fandom police. She think she is the fandom police. I thought we knew that already.

I understand your anger, though. No one was talking about Gillian and David being romantically involved before the Gorgan contingent brought that to this woman’s attention and they’re putting the blame on us.
They just refuse to understand that we’re not sad or upset because David and Gilles aren’t together right now (well, we certainly are, but that’s not the point here.) personally, I’m sad that Gillian gets her star one square away from David’s, her “best friend”, her “soul mate”, the one she started with a quarter of century ago, the one who has always been there to support her in all her projects, and the one who won’t attend this ceremony with her.

I love Joel McHale but come on! He barely had two scenes with her in season 10 and suddenly, he’s a speaker at her ceremony? Why not Ricky Whittle or that guy’s who’s throat had been slit by Mulder in front of her last week?
So I’m not upset because Gillian and David aren’t a happy couple right now, I’m upset because something made David not wanting to attend this ceremony and something made Gillian think it was okay.
That’s what should have been brought to this woman’s attention instead of this stupid Gillovny / Gorgan war, which she really doesn’t need to be involved in.
