Hi just wanted to throw in another opinion. I would come off anon, but I’m afraid I’ll get railed by some who don’t agree w/me 😔 As someone who is a huge GA fan (& not a 🐢fan) I don’t think things are as drastic as you came across. I always felt like she was awkward on talk shows & red carpets. She’s stated it’s not her thing at all so she’s just uncomfortable. Her lack of filter leads to awkward stories. I think she’s ok. But I love you and your blog so please know I’m just sharing my view

It’s totally okay to share your views, anon. I get your point and I know that Gillian isn’t comfortable on crowds but if you compare her public appearances from the past year with those from 2008 to the beginning of 2016, it is edifying to me.
When you have a bit of time to kill, just compare the panels, tv interviews, red carpets, pictures. If you really can’t see a shift, then I might be completely crazy because I think there’s a huge one and the gap between old Gillian and new Gillian keeps growing and growing.
