The second episode dropped a lot in the rating. I think this is the result of bad promo and Gillian saying every one second that she’s leaving.

That’s certainly not helping. The episode was great but I think the disappointment in season 10 combined with the lack of promotion and the fact that every time they’re promoting it, they talk about everything but the show or that they want to leave it, there’s no way the ratings will ever raise. I think it’s going to stay between 3.5 and 4 and maybe raise up a bit for the last episode but that will be it.
At this pace, the decision to end it doesn’t even belong to Gillian anymore. Fox will cancel it for sure.
