“I feel when I come to these things or when I am face to face with fans or women who have responded in some way to some aspect of my life or my work. Most of the time I am the one who is inspired by the women standing in front of me for whatever reason. Even if its just tot that the courage to travel the distance to stand in front of somebody that has impacted your life. There is so much courage and I feel like I am constantly in front of women, thinking; “You are so much more creative than I am” and I am very inspired by that. Sometimes I wanna go into hiding and most of the time I feel like I’ve got nothing to say. And so you inspire me to think about things that I haven’t necessarily thought about before. I mean the questions that you ask me…it gets my brain going, so thank you for that!”
