Do you think Monique’s running Brick’s account? Or is it still Brad?

Oh, I’m 100% sure she’s running it but not only, I think she’s also running David’s Twitter and Instagram account. A friend of mine got blocked because she voiced a slight criticism that wasn’t worth getting blocked at all. That means this girl has no idea what she’s doing, she isn’t qualified to run a celebrity account and yet, there she is, blocking David’s fans, filtering everything for him so he has no idea what’s going on in his fandom. And I maintain that I’m sure he has no idea what she’s doing with her Instagram account either, posting pictures of his house and sneaky videos of his shoes.
I know David’s not into social media at all, but I hope he takes over soon ‘cause that’s a dangerous game she’s playing…

The way this scene was set:  the lighting, the photography.. and my god, the wonderful emotional investment from David and Gillian make it a SUCCESS in my eyes and many others.

If we are fans of the X Files we can’t continue to bang on in the muddy swamp of negativity while ignoring the good things.  Forget about what you’d rather have had happened or said.  Give credit where credit is due for the achievements — we’ve certainly seen plenty of credit given for the failures.

What do you think about GA’s Tweet??

skullsmuldon:

I know people are celebrating her for it but I don’t like the tweet that much tbh.

I think she has a lead character just as much as DD they both have a certain power over the show if they want to. Coming out now and criticizing it is to easy for me. Why didnt you say as soon as you saw the scripts: NO Chris… That is not working… no no no… And dont get me wrong I don’t protect CC because he fucked it up for a long time now. But as DD said they are the caretakers of those characters and therefore they both could have spoken up when there was still time to change things. And Gillian herself said she had no interest in being involved in the story writing so now deal with what we got and just let it rest in peace.

Am I 100% happy with the ending? – NO

Could it been worse?- YES

I am just happy that they are alive in each others arms. And maybe such a late baby was what they need to break loose all ties to the darkness surrounding them. I don’t know…I get why people are angry upset and hating on CC but I am just happy they are alive and together….

Do you think she could do a season 12 if Chris was fired?

I don’t think that’s even a question. Fox can’t fire Chris but they could give him a lot of money to buy his rights and produce the franchise without him. That’s what they should have done after season 10, tbh.
But yes, somehow, if Chris was out and if Fox was up to completely rebrand the show and make it a modern one, then I think she could consider it. Thats a lot of ifs, though…
Honestly, I hope they’re not going to try making a season 12 without her. In the era of Game Of Thrones, TGIT and the hundreds of shows I could quote that are a hundred times betterly written, directed and yes, acted than XF, it seems pretty pointless to keep trying to make good ol’ X-Files. I’m sure Chris Carter never watches anything else than his old own episodes and has no idea what good tv looks like in 2018.
So take him out, put a fresh showrunner, hire some new talented writers and directors who are actually able to give the show a second wind, who can be inspired by what works without badly copy/pasting (ahem, Black Mirror, ahem) and then Maybe the two lead actors will be interested in it and Maybe, maybe it’ll gather a new audience and raise up the ratings.

I hope GA is only talking about the whole William/CSM thing and not the pregnancy because I liked that 😅

I think she was talking about the season in its whole, and particularly the ending and everything the fans are angry about. I’m assuming she finds it a bit ridiculous that there wasn’t even one kiss, that Mulder and Scully were apart most of the time and the poor dialogues as well.
But honestly, I was expecting much worse, I’m still more than okay with this ending. I guess Chris taught me how to lower my expectations.
