I guess someone should but the problem is that Target Zero and David are pretty tight, so it’s going to be hard to have an honest answer from them. It would have been interesting to email the charity for the Hurricane Harvey victims that David has supposedly donated to after his gig in Vancouver, but he never even said which charity it was and who excatly would get the money.
“Anderson had wanted to remain anonymous, but her name has remained on Massey’s gofundme website since Friday when she made the contribution. Attempts to locate her talent agent were unsuccessful.
(…) Bonnie Carper, also of Brookings, knows Massey through her son, Patrick; the men have been best friends since they were teens.
Carper also has a niece named Mia, whose best friend from college is Anderson’s sister; she wished to remain anonymous, Carper said. Carper, a big fan of the talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, wrote to her to ask for help.“And Mia was telling (Anderson’s sister) about Mikey and that I’d written to Ellen, and I asked if Mia could send it to her friend to pass on to Gillian.”Whether the request ever got to DeGeneres is unknown, but it did make it to Anderson. The “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” — a theory that everyone is connected by six people: your friend has a friend who has a friend who has a friend who has a friend who has a friend who’s your friend, crossed Carper’s mind many times over the weekend.“Mia really wanted to help,” Carper said. “She put fliers up around Manhattan about Mikey, saying, ‘You never know. You never know. Nothing will probably come of it, but you never know.’”Seven hours later, at 3 a.m., Carper received a text.“Oh my god; look at Mike’s gofundme,” Mia texted.”
Not really, Brad said a couple times that 50% of the merch income from Pledge would go to Target zero + 50% of David, Brad and the band’s salary (🤷🏽♀️).
Now, even if people haven’t received what they ordered yet, the “campaign” is over as the Pledge website is closed and you can’t buy anything anymore. Which means that all the money we’ve paid is sleeping on Ging Management (Brad’s company) bank account.
I have no idea how much Items has been sold but if I remember correctly, there was a $5000 recording session that has been bought, and a $30000 private concert that happened earlier this year and maybe a second one, I’m not sure, plus some quite expensive guitars and other items. So I’d say, at the very least, Target Zero should receive something like $25000, probably way more with everyone’s salary and the second private concert if it happened.
Where’s the money?
But you know, he was supposed to do that to last year with David’s Vancouver gig. Brad said he would give all the money to the victims of the hurricane. Do you think it happened? I don’t think so…
OH wait… DELETE MY ASK!!!! SORRY…. you can meet David but whether or not you get your pic of him later is up in the air. But its all run by Brad Davidson so just be careful everyone. Ok sorry! I just got scared with so many people talking about buying a VIP and was like NOOO!!!!

There’s indeed quite a few complaints about this from his previous tour in Europe
To be fair, I was at his concert in Paris and I got the digital picture, not the physical one but I’m not sure I was supposed to get it anyways.
But yeah, if you decide to go to a meet and greet, make sure you read all the conditions and the small texts before you give your money to Brad. It’s not to be proven anymore that he’s a scam so be careful!
David has always had the same price everywhere he went, but he’s never been touring is such poor countries before and his management (Brad) who makes the price for these events should make it fair for everyone. How can you brag about giving half of your income to an animal charity (which is probably a lie because we’ll never see the receipts of said donation) and on the other hand have no problem asking for half of people’s monthly salary to go to a meet and greet in a country where the population is already starving? This is disgusting. Besides Brad and Monique, it just gives me one more reason to keep not giving David any money.
As someone from Eastern Europe I felt the urge to share some details about this upcoming European Tour and Brad…
The venue in Budapest, according to David’s official page, is Congress Center. Right, so I search the Kongresszusi Központ and find out that nope, it’s not the place. Fine, so I open up one the tens of links my friends sent me and I find the following information: “…alterrockzenekar énekeseként érkezik 2019. február 11-én a budapesti MoM Sportba. “ Which means that the name of the venue in David’s page is not right. Excellent. But hey, I am sure it is just an honest mistake. These foreign languages are so confusing. So let’s move on… Capacity of the MoM: 2000 people. Hmmm…interesting. Hungary’s population: 10 millionish people, 1.5 in Budapest. So this made me wonder how big the London venue is; Shepherd’s Bush capacity: 2000. London population: 9 millionish. Okay, Budapest venue is super cheap, I’m sure, so why not, rent the same size as in London. Makes total sense.😳😡 My experience with the venue: non-existing😲😲 So I google what type of concert place I don’t know in my own city…well…the thing is…Do you see the yellow circle? That’s the city center. And then the blue one is the concert venue. That is the sport center of the mall, in that residential area.
So it’s not a concert venue but a Sport Center with a Function Hall where we can find classical music performances and an enthusiastic mineral fair among this year’s events. Also, venue closes at 10 o’clock!! See, the thing about Eastern Europeans, is, that we love a good night out, we enjoy drinking and most of the places are open till the morning. But hey, let’s move on, just like the audience will after the concert. Price: Only the UK tickets are available. 153 pounds. Wooow. If they keep this, they’ll make sure that only rich fans can go and meet David. But I’ll leave this to you @skullsmuldon I’ve said enough 😂❤️️😂❤️️
PS: Brad, if you need some suggestions on which charity to support from the ticket and merch proceeds in Hungary, hit me up! But first could you please show me a receipt for #HurricaneHarvey? Just to know what to except. Cheers!
So before everyone goes it’s not true everyone can attend- here comes a little reality check about hungary/budapest and romania/bucharest. Sure one might be able to pay for the 40 Pound for a normal ticket. But when it comes to having the opportunity to meet David that is not true.
What you see in the red square is the average salary in those countries. So saying it’s possible for everyone in those countries to meet DD is utter BS. 153 pounds = 171Euros = ca. 30% of your monthly income. Just to point out what that would mean for someone from e.g Germany where the average income is 2.270Eur. 30% of that income would mean you had to pay 681Eur for a Meet and Greet. They point of that is that if you really want to make it an experience for the people of those countries who never might have a chance to go to a con or any other concert in another country you should definitely overthink those prices and adapt them at least a little to country. .
