I apologize.

When I was in high school, I really enjoyed grammar. Maybe that’s silly, but I did. Do I consider myself a grammar geek? Maybe. Maybe not.

But when someone writes or speaks and there’s a grammatical error, I usually notice it right away.

So it’s killing me to read David’s tweets. I know it’s not him. I get that. But someone who is so well spoken and a talented author should employ someone who at least appears to sound like him. Otherwise, change your Twitter handle. Because at this point, its not you. It’s not someone coming across as sounding like you. It’s a lesser educated person with access to your account and it’s embarrassing.

At least with Gillian, I know it’s not her sometimes, but every one of her tweets sounds like her and is thoughtfully planned out. They all sound intelligent. Which, kudos to her for finding someone who can cause me to question if it’s her or not.

But, David’s? I know who isn’t tweeting under that account. And it makes me sad.

Dang, gurl. I couldn’t agree more! Great minds indeed. It is painfully obvious David is not writing or overseeing these tweets. When he does write his own, he’ll often go back and fix his mistakes by adding, deleting, reposting. It’s his own signature nerdiness & I love it!

So, when I see these horribly written tweets I am especially aggravated because not only does it get under my skin and grate on my nerves but it defies everything language is supposed to mean to David. For goodness sake, the man is a talented and expressive writer. Whoever is constructing these tweets hasn’t the modicum of knowledge, eloquence or care for the English language that DD possesses. And that’s a damn shame.

Don’t apologise. We all miss David’s double tweets.

David thanks his literary people at the back of his book and there’s no Brad anywhere there. He thanked the same set of people with BFD and HC. I think Brad was just helping out David’s book tour. David had that Jonathan Galassi person there with him all book tour.

Yes, Jonathan Galassi is David’s editor and I think Brad will be involved in whatever David is promoting but not so much about the project itself, except for music. That is still way too much involvement anyway!

If what Brad said is true about David checking acting offers, if DD somehow ends up in a bluckbuster, we’ll know why 👀💰. Besides, David is more a Sundance-ish movies. (As in yes, studio movies, but not gigantic ones). Same for the series.

I wouldn’t worry too much about that, Brad might be David’s manager but his job has its limit and it’s Hollywood. That guy’s a nobody there, so he’s not the one who will get David any A-list role. Not even any B-list roles. David must have some real agents behind him for this kind of projects. Brad must be in charge of the music, the book promo, the social media and maybe even of BFD the movie, but when it comes to big things like starring in an actual tv series or movie that is not self-produced by David, I’m sure Brad is out.

If David is a bad judge of characters (regardind Brad and Monique) then what about his family, what about Tea? He has people that are close to him and he listens to them, why nobody consult him? Tea is obviously very close to him and he respects her opinion and they have two kids and it’s in her best interest David to not trust Brad. Or they think it’s just a phase and they let it pass?

I’m sure Tea is just out there minding her own business and supporting David whenever their kids are somewhat involved but that’s it. She’s not with him anymore, it’s not her role to advise him or tell him that he fucked up. I think that West never being around Monique says a lot too. Either David doesn’t want to mix his children and with his sex life or West doesn’t approve so she wants to stay out of it. Either way we don’t know what’s going on in David’s family but it really doesn’t look like all of them and Monique are getting along.
