The thing is, I think david does know that they’re filming him but doesn’t want to stand up for himself. Like, he gets so agitated about people filming him otherwise, right? Soo… I think he’s just letting this happen. Maybe he actually thinks he looks good or athletic or whatever…. but I’m genuinely and seriously concerned for his health, no joke.

I think it’s the same than with Gillian on the set. He knows they’re filming him but he doesn’t even think it could be posted on social media and even it is, he has no idea how to find it and who’s gonna see it. That’s why it’s even more infuriating to see MP commenting on these videos like it’s nothing. I can’t believe David would agree with that.
As about being concerned for his health, seriously don’t. The guy’s an athlete, he’s probably been doing that his whole life without us being privy to it. So I agree it’s not really pretty to watch, and he looks like he’s slowly dying, but this is the way he lives his life, with or without us watching.

it’s very telling, with the monique situation, that david said he wishes he were younger « every day, every hour » in that miss subways interview yesterday. i bet you do david, i bet you do.

Yeah, he seems to be focusing a lot on his age lately, pretty much in every interview now. This just show he’s in full middle life crisis and hopefully, it’s just a phase that will end soon.

My poor baby 😔… he must slow down a little 😁

OK and sorry but … are we getting blindsided by the humour of David doing that ferret video? I mean… David doing scripted stuff like this (and when he has no TV to promote, well you could say he is promoting his books and music), that I don’t remember him exactly endorsing in the past… could it mean he needs money/exposure/hype? I’m just consulting the expert opinion here, JHH :)

Don’t try to over-interpret this little skit. He probably recorded that a while ago, I’m guessing the last time he was on Colbert, like every other celebrities who were in it. (I edited the video so we have just David, but there was 6 or 7 other people in section.) It’s really not a big deal 😉
