Okay, so for those asking about the whole supposed Gillian ‘fox out of the bag’ tweet, here is what happened. The above screencap of the dd sighting DID indeed happen. The tweet by @theFALLFans was posted March 25, 2014. They are a Jamie Dornan Twitter acct. & they were just as mystified as to WHY David was spotted, in the street, on the set of The Fall as the rest of us.

Now, I saw this sighting tweet; however, I did not see Gillian’s tweet. Instead, I saw the screencap floating around on Tumblr. Within minutes people starting blogging that Gillian’s was a fake tweet. So, of course, lots of us on Tumblr were disappointed. Yet, we must not forget that the sighting still occurred & @thFALLFans were inundated with attacks from all social media.

The tweet from Gillian was real. There are more than enough people her on tumblr who have actually seen the tweet back in 2014. And just saying that I remembered the tweet before the anon submitted it? And the reason she submitted it was because we were talking about the sighting and there I mentioned the tweet. So what’s wrong with people.

sorry if i upset anyone. for the record, i am not accusing anybody of lying about witnessing G’s fox tweet in real time. just because i hadn’t seen it personally, myself, posted on G’s acct and then quickly deleted doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. That whole time was chaotic & so many of us wanted to believe lol. If you all go back in my March 2014 archive, you will see the excitement and confusion unfold. That said, the rumor of dd’s sighting had to start somewhere. Someone saw him and at the time had absolutely NO idea how dedicated xfiles fans are & were 😉
