She swallows the two pills of aspirin she needs to feel less pain in her foot before she leaves her hotel room and arduously hops in the cab waiting for her. He might be highly stressed out at the moment. Hosting a show is a new experience for him, and The Beatles aren’t really what he’s used to sing, even less when the audience isn’t full of his fans. But he keeps challenging himself, and she loves to witness that. She just hopes he won’t take her surprise the wrong way. 

She thought about telling him she’d come, knowing he really needed to have everything under control for this event, but she finally opted for a surprise. He has told her a few weeks ago he’d sing “(Just Like) Starting Over” for her, little he knew she was planning on a duet. For days, she woke up with the lyrics in her mind:

Let’s take our chance and fly away somewhere alone,

And kept them spinning in her head until bedtime

What better occasion than a tribute to John Lennon to celebrate their love for each other, their freedom to be together and to show the world the peace they’ve finally achieved in their complicated relationship?

It’ll be just like starting over – starting over…

You know why David and Gillian can get away with doing everything they do and being together? Because our fandom can be stupid (ya my words are harsh). Everything is diamissed as rumor. Things are said to be business and D or G were somewhere just to « stop by and say hi ». Things are said to be too hard to believe. Lots is said to be untrusthworthy. Familyness is said to be too unrealistic. D & G being in love said to be impossible. THEY GET AWAY W THEIR RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE NO ONE BELIEVES.

Not to be a conspiracy seeker, but I think you’re absolutely right, anon. Everyone doubts about everyone in this fandom, mostly because a lot of bullshit are said, supposedly sources make their round going from the Gillovny fandom to the Gorgan one (yes, that is happening for real), spreading lies all the same. If people were more honest, if everyone was comfortable enough sharing their (real) informations publicly, Gillovny would be out a long time ago. 

I was hoping you could help me out. With all the fox out of the bag, evan handler screenshots discovered in the last week and the hand holding bts from S10, I’m more certain than ever in gillovny. But I’m curious why no media outlet has asked GA who her partner is after she said she isn’t single. While the British partner thing seems like bad translation, I worry about it meaning PM. I hope we get to see some good gillovny bts in August to lay the rumors to rest.

No one asked her because, first, that would be slightly inappropriate to ask her out of the blue who she’s dating and then because we actually don’t know how she mentioned it and we can’t even be sure she did. The first time, when she said “If I didn’t have children and if I was single”, the article was rewritten so we’re not even sure it’s her exact words. Then, with “my partners have been British”, it doesn’t mean they still are, so no need for the journalist to ask who he is and once again, the article was rewritten and badly translated, so we don’t know what she really said. 

The only times we know the context she mentioned her “partner” in were under the London Eye when the journalist asked her and Jennifer about their partners, and Gillian didn’t look comfortable at all taking about that and skipped the question as fast as possible. The second time was when she said “my partner” talking about David on this radio interview. 

In other words, I’m really not worried about all that, everything she has said on this matter lately is subject to interpretation and one see what they want to see. I see nothing worrying 🙂

You know what gets me about that (in)famous Huffington Post interview? What gets me is the fact that the interviewer tried to give Gillian an out by asking if only a friend attraction existed between her and David. I can almost sense what the interviewer was saying in his mind as Gillian dug herself in deeper and deeper, nervous hair flipping and all. He must have been thinking to himself, « Well Ms. Anderson, I tried… »

For once, someone actually tried to let deny peacefully and properly, but no… She did that mess herself!

Adding on to ur last anon gillovny really is so crazy to me too! I too have only ever shipped fictional characters and so it is still so surprising to me how much I ship gillovny. As someone who works in the film industry and is from LA I usually find myself able to be pretty reasonable and rational when it comes to celebs because I really understand how they are just normal people and I don’t care about their personal lives. Yet all of that seems to go out the window when it comes to gillovny!

I feel you, anon! I don’t care about any other celebs real life, I can’t explain why I’m so obsessed with them but there’s nothing to do against that. They own me. 

I have seen Gillian countless times. Three times with David. Alone, on her own, she is almost a different person sometimes. The most relaxed I saw her without David was with Jennifer Nadel. She kind of shows a very feminine side of herself when he’s there. And he constantly makes her laugh. It’s kind of unreal for a « normal » person with a « normal » relationship…

He makes her glow, that’s a fact no one can ignore. Thank you for sharing, anon. 

Two morning comments JHH. Why everyone is angry at Orlando for adding « Gillovny5eva » to Media/Gillian he tweet? Why some say him shut up, make him fade to nothing, he shameful. Why? I think his comment it was cute. (Some others say this disrespecting PM but he is nothing and we see this very much.) My second comment for the on set picture of Gillian. She looked very happy there and it proof that she not was suffering and « off » and not herself. Thank you JHH for let me share and vent. Kisses!

Hey anon, I don’t know why they’re so upset and why they feel so threatened by him. Maybe because their ship is sinking a little bit more day after day, and they realize that maybe they were wrong all along. It’s not a nice feeling, no one wants to feel like that. But Orlando Jones is just a troll, he has always been, there’s no need to take his tweets that seriously, in a way or another. He’s just being funny, you don’t have to agree with his manners but no need to disrespect him. If Gillian or David were bothered by him, he would have stopped a looooong time ago. He’s amusing himself, he’s amusing us and I hope he never stops. Also, I love him!
