Talking about IWTB time… I love the photos, their closeness but I feel sad. I look at David and he looks like shit in his eyes. And when he’s next to her he’s looks better,someway, happier maybe. She’s glooming and he can’t not gaze, but somehow this time makes me sad. I don’t know why. 😕

It was definitely a bad time for David, but it was also kind of a renaissance, and seems like he had to go through this to be the man he is today, so there’s a bright side in everything. And with what he said about his friendship with Gillian and being here for each other in good and bad moments, I assume she was here to support him, so that make my little heart melt.

There’s not much about it, it’s so old I don’t even know when or where it has started. What I’ve heard is that there were some fans at the premiere, and at some point, they saw both David and Gillian coming out from a discreet bathroom. It’s the kind of story that are so old and told and retold between fans that you don’t even remember who told it to you or where you read it for the first time. I’ve been told it was legit and reported by several people, but I really don’t know much about it. We will never know what happened in this bathroom, if something even happened. 

Hey, JHH! How’s your inbox? Fandom is spiraling already? This change on irl on Gillian’s tumbrl probably will rise lots of asks, people saying this as a proof of whatever they believe. You know what? I see it as a proof of her approach on social media? It’s just work and her personal live has nothing to do with any of us. If I believe in gillovny before, now I do even more. Hope your patience level is reloaded. 😃

Are people really spiraling about that? Honestly, that was to be expected, and for the 1000th times, Gillian and David’s use of social media are not reflecting their private lives, they don’t use them to communicate with each other or to send each other lowkey messages, and there’s no hidden messages for us to decipher. They’re not 15.
It’s a communication tool, and I’m actually glad she cares about it to the point of changing her URL for a more professional one. It means she’ll be here more often, and I can’t wait for the next q&a!

Hi! I love your blog I’ve been following for a while now! I saw once of your recent tags and it has me wondering – what’s bathroom-gate in relation to the IWTB premier? Were DD and GA actually caught doing something?!

Hey! Thank you, anon! It’s just a rumor going around the fandom since 2008, that they were caught by some fans there going out from the same bathroom. But with Mark being around and Gillian being pregnant, I guess it’s probably not what we think it is. Right?

Seriously though, wtf was the hot mess that was the IWTB premiers?! I know it was a while back but looking at photos again, JESUS Christ! David is literally attached to her at the LA one, they seem to be constantly touching. And he looks a mess….understandably though if you fast forward a few months…

Depressed-David being all over Pregnant-Gillian while the father of her children circle them like an angry shark is both the worst and the best of Gillovny. 

I kinda wish David would post something about American Gods. Gillian has supported him so much publicly. She plugged both of his books on social media. I Wish he would reciprocate… just as a friend. Has he ever given her a shout out about anything she’s done? I’m just sayin. When it comes to friendship & support she is solid Gold and he’s… meh. I’m no one to tell anyone what to do but I just think it’s common sense to reciprocate social support.

I think you don’t or you refuse to understand that David isn’t as comfortable with social media than Gillian is, that he doesn’t want to encourage fandom freakout like she does, and doesn’t want to handle crazy fans, which he would have to if he did something like that. People (me) go crazy every time he likes a tweet mentioning her! 

He has his own way to support her, more private and lowkey, and in the end, isn’t it all that matters? I mean, do you want him to support her for you or for her?

One year ago, he went at her play when no one was expecting him. He never talked about it publicly, never mentioned seeing it, even if he often mentions seeing other plays or movies or concerts in interviews. He must have told her what he wanted to tell her in private, it’s between them only, and it’s the reason why it’s so pure, unique and beautiful. I also think the fact he wore the pussy hat during all his tour wasn’t completely innocent when Gillian was promoting her book. He didn’t have to, but he did. If you want to see David supporting Gillian, you just have to read between the lines. 

Her scent is everything, that’s the first you notice after you wake up. Then you feel her body against yours and you smile from ear to ear. You can’t believe she’s here again. You touch her naked back and wander your fingers up to her neck and you pull aside her hair. Her red hair. You’re still amazed that she dyed. You smile and touch the back of her neck with your lips and you feel her tremble a bit. That’s your favorite spot to make her want you. “Are you okay?” She turns to face you and touches your cheek with her soft fingers. They’re cold.
  2. You take her hands in yours and kiss every fingertip. “I couldn’t be better.” You say quietly and look into her eyes seriously. “You make me so very happy, Gill. I can’t believe it.” She smiles and comes closer. “You make me happy, too. I’m scared of how happy I am.” “Then let’s be scared together.” You whisper and kiss her passionately, you take her breath away and she takes yours. Sometimes you catch yourself thinking you’ve been such a fool to waste all the time and not see her love before.
  3. And now you promise yourself to make her the happiest woman alive because she deserves everything you have and have not. “You ready for today?” You ask her and soothe her skin. You know she’s a bit anxious but also happy to be doing this with you. You’re in this together and that’s all that matters. “I am… imagine their reactions!” She’s laughing and you sigh with relief. You can do this, together. “I love you, you know?” You kiss her once again. “I know. That’s why I’m here. And I’m ready.”
  4. You can’t wait to step on the stage with her beside you, holding her hand. You decide you’ll kiss her there and she’ll smile. And the world will know. It’s your time and you’re not gonna waste it this time. (Also dig in a little bit because there’s other story I wrote for you 😂)

« All I can say is that no one on Earth has to rehearse that much for a hand holding! » OH! They def weren’t rehearsing a hand holding here. They weren’t rehearsing shit! Lol. They were communicating to each other. Watch the video 3 times. Once looking at David, once looking at their hands, & once looking at Gillian. u can really tell David is telling her something here. He NEVER takes his eyes off her. when he interlocks their fingers together, she got his message. Her smile! This is so sexy.

It was a good exercise to follow! I’m still not sure what fresh hell is happening on this video, but I love every second of these foreplays.
