you call david a gentleman, i call him over-exaggeratedly touchy feely. there were times while watching the xf’s that gillian looked taken aback or uncomfortable when he used to hover over her. touching the small of someone’s back is a controlling gesture and he used to do that a lot too. gillian even said once that his hands made her feel uncomfortable.

You have hell of a way to twist people’s words, anon. Find me one picture where Gillian looks taken aback with David touching her, just one. Please. And she never ever said his hands made her uncomfortable. What she said is that hands are what she looks first on a man, and David needed to work on them. She thought they were too small. I could flood this post with dozens of pictures where Gillian does look comfy and happy to be snuggled up into David’s embrace, but you know them already.

Let’s not make this a contest between David and PM, would you? First of all, we all know who would lose, and second of all, there’s absolutely no need to. Gillian said herself and keep saying she loves David Duchovny. There’s no reason to question that, wether or not you believe she’s dating someone else. That’s the beauty of Gillovny. 1. Gillian may or may not be dating someone.
2. Gillian described herself as ‘not single’ in public at and event for her feminist book.
3. She has not publicly said she was dating and in fact has actually denied such fact.
4. She neither touches nor looks (in a romantic way) at the person some say she is actually dating. Even though, in the past, her Red Carpet dates were actual dates (Clyde, David, Rodney, etc.).
5. She has never posted anything about her ‘new’ beau on social media but continues to post to/about David.
6. David has not been linked to anyone other the Gillian since his divorce was made public (on Gillian’s birthday, no less).
7. David has yet to claim he is in a relationship and if he is not with Gillian, what does he have to hide by announcing he’s not single?
8. No one, I mean NO one asks David about his relationship status. Have you seen him? I want to know for educational reasons, if nothing else.
9. Why would David push so hard to do the X-Files revivals if he and Gillian weren’t together being Gillian clearly is the least enthusiastic of the two and neither needs the work.
10. Have you seen them together? My husband would be chained in the basement if he looked, touched, kissed and eye fucked his co-worker like these two do on a regular basis.

She will arrive in NY tomorrow where her adult friend has fresh flowers waiting by the bed. He’ll kiss her hello. They’ll meditate, maybe get those healthy smoothies he likes. No matter if they attend the show together or not, they’re in the same place again, & can both breathe a little easier because of it.

I could be in denial right now, but honestly, this is such a better place!

I would like to add that if it was David at her side today when sue did that joke Gillian would probably laugh and try to hide her face in David’s neck… But he wasn’t there so she just did that weird face at the weird person at her side. 😃

Her reaction was weird. I was expecting her to laugh, but she acted a bit shocked as if it was the first time a woman said she wanted to be in a relationship with her. That’s totally her kind of humor, usually. It was odd.

They will forget about that award show as soon as he will show up with her at the Webbys tomorrow and at the upfronts after that. He will help her with her crutches and will smile in the cameras proudly with the love of his life by his side. It’s his dear lady and he can’t fucking wait for the time to come. Is it too much asking for Gillian be all over David tomorrow, just like old times? I don’t need fuckery (I’m lying but ok). I just need to see them together, and feel everything gonna be all right. Is it too much?

Do you think it’s time to give up on them? I know I’ll never be over gillovny but do you think it’s time to accept they’re not together the way we want? Bc it’s becoming hard to believe it… Even if I feel they’re meant to be. I’m sad… very sad.

I am curious for your opinions. In recent interview Gillian says she has a nice girl that takes care of her social media, tweets for her etc. I love her but that has kind of ruined it for me. The black and white of this is she doesn’t like to get involved in social media so now I see all her posts as from a handler with no input from her. It makes me think maybe the revival flirting with David was just PR too as they are rumoured to have the same person??

That’s always what she said, though. She always said she has a handler. I believe this person is the one who tweets to promote her work and does all the charity tweets. Gillian also said this person sends her funny pics and she finds the caption to tweet for the #tbt. But I’m also convinced Gillian has an hand on her Twitter too, when she answers someone’s tweet for example. Even if she doesn’t tap the words herself, they still come from her.

On the other hand, David doesn’t really seem to have a Twitter person, or at least, not a full time one. If he had one, he wouldn’t tweet the same thing 4 times in a row until he has managed to put the right link and he has found the right wording. I hope that doesn’t change! You also can see when he goes through his tag and starts to like tweets. It’s all him. So the fact that they always tweet at the same time is…. Interesting…

Also, I’m sorry to tell you that so directly, but of course their flirting on social media is for PR. Twitter is for PR. When you’re famous, social media in general are for PR. And thank god, it is. Can you imagine if it was their only way to communicate with each other? They don’t need us to see what they tell each other in private, so everything they put on social media, including the flirting and the teasing is for us, hence for PR. But David is the only one she’s comfortable . doing this with, and I think it’s meaningful enough. We know he isn’t comfortable with social media at all, he’s always scared to say something he would regret, but he lets her having fun with him, and sometimes even jumps in. I think that’s cute. But in any way we should over interpret what happens on social media. It’s not going to confirm Gillovny, nor deny it. Twitter is a communication tool, so of course they use it for us, not for them.
