Honestly, I think Gillian doesn’t give a fuck about speculation, rumours, headcanons, ships… It’s the internet, it’s social media. It’s a mess. She is a real person. We are real people. She has a life. We have lives. She’s “with me” since I’m 11 years old, that’s more than half of my life. We all love her. Sometimes, it seems like we’re all this big family – mothers, sisters, fathers, aunts, grandmoms – who all want to give her some of our wisdom. That isn’t working in real families, and of course it isn’t on here and with her. We fight because everyone wants to be right. Because everyone has a different wish for her. And yet, she remains Gillian. We can be sad, we can be worried, we can be angry. But we’re not her family. Gillian has her own family who most likely already does these things for her.

I’m just living my little fan/shipper-life around here in my free time. I would go to the moon and back for her. Still, she annoys me sometimes. But who cares? She certainly doesn’t and shouldn’t, because she has a hell of a lot of people wanting a hell of a lot of different things for her.

In the end, she won’t give a fuck if it isn’t what feels right to her. I think that applies to everyone. We do what we think is right, even if we’re proven wrong in the end. Or would do it differently sometime later in life…

I wonder, how is your confidence about gillovny these days? And if you more believe in them being together or her being with PM? So many gillovny blogs have stopped believe that it kind of scared me.

My confidence level is fine. For me to think and believe differently than I do, I would need a whole lot more than what we have, which is basically nothing. I won’t go into everything again, mostly because I’ve already made it clear, but there’s still nothing that makes me want to change mind on Gillovny even a little.

I will say this: if PM ever shows up with Gillian at an event not affiliated to The Crown, then that would be something significant. Apparently, according to the people shipping her with him, they’ve been together since summer. If that’s the case, then where was he at the events that Gillian had between September and January? (I’m excluding HB, because, again, The Crown and Harper’s Bazaar were affiliated and that could easily be verified.) Gillian and David have appeared more often for each other at non-XF related events over the years.

I know a lot of Gillovny blogs have deleted. That’s unfortunate. It was disheartening to a lot of people when others around them felt so upset that they left. But when season 11 happens (and I believe it will), they’ll probably be back.

Loud voices in large numbers can be easily convincing to a lot of people, but it’s always wise to think about what’s being said and to weigh it against what you see, as well as what you already know. When it doesn’t make sense, there’s a reason for it. (And I don’t mean people who don’t understand professional options available to every actor, studio, producer and project.)

All things resolve. Eventually, this will, too.
