(1) I was thinking… remember WWHL? Gillian looked happy posting to the pic before the show but she didn’t look that way in the program. There was a strong theory that someone from her team got her to this show and if only for PR and Streetcar’s promotion reasons she had to do this. What if a similar thing did happen with Globes? I mean, she was happy to be there, she was happy, let’s assume, that Netflix invited her, but because PM didn’t have a date they propose to go with him as a one.

(2) She really didn’t seem to even like him much, and it was bizarre because even if they are not together, he was her escort there so why she agreed to do this if she didn’t like the guy? (if she didn’t like him but c’mon, we know how she behaves around ppl who she likes and who she don’t. She never hides her feelings! It is Gillian Anderson we are talking about! What do you think?

Well, she literally had no idea what WWHL was before she got in, and probably had never heard of Andy Cohen before she realized he was a jerk. I think her publicist, either deliberately put her on this show or had no idea either. It’s possible that it’s just a PR move, but in the case, it’s a long term one with a final plan, because she seems to be attached to that man and to his show for a few months now. It’s also possible that PM is now her official date as Andrew O’Hagan used to be, or Darren Waterston. It could be just a phase, and it’ll stop as it has started.
