Thank you for your explanation, i have another question. FOX negotiate with actors (at least gillian, david and mitch), so they gave money for production and for payments but they pay actors? I always was curious why actors have to negotiate with fox and not with 1013?

Because Chis would give them all the money! lol! More seriously, if Hollywood works the same way it works where I work, network always negociates with the most important members of the casts, or hosts, even candidats of reality shows, stars in general. I’m pretty sure all the extras are hired by 1013, but bigger stars are in contract with the Network itself because their image belongs to them. Kinda. 1013 has to deliver a product to the network, and then, the network uses the stars they have under contract and pay millions to “sell it”, to promote it, and to represent the network and the product when it airs. When the post-production is done, 1013′s job is over. But Gillian and David’s work for Fox is just getting started. I still hope I’m making sense 😀
