Did you get a refund right away?? I have contacted them 15 minutes ago but so far, no email! My ticket wasn’t a VIP one so I don’t know if that makes a difference! It would be nice to see how many people got a refund and if it worked for everybody!

Yes, I got a refund right away. I did it an hour ago maybe and they emailed me back a few minutes later. Maybe they’re getting a lot of refund requests so it’ll take more time now. I’m sure it doesn’t matter if it’s a VIP ticket or not, they will refund you anyways 🙂
