Why wold you think less of David Duchovny if he was dating Monique? He’d still be a great actor and he’d still be Mulder.

Yes, but first I don’t necessarily think of David as Mulder. I don’t love him only because he’s a great actor. I love him for who he is, because he smart, he’s deep and cultivated, because he’s funny. I love him because he’s unique and doesn’t fit into the image we can have of an almost 60 years old Hollywood actor. I love his personality and what he represents more than his acting or his singing. I love his sense of family, how he raises his children, the way he talks about them, and about his friends. He genuinely is a good person and that’s why I love him. 
I would think a lot less of him if he turned out to just be an another middle-aged Hollywood cliché dating a too young girl, especially now and especially after all the shit that happened to him ten years ago. A LOT less. And I don’t want to. So I’ll always give him the benefit of the doubt. I just want to trust him for not being that. 

People are shouting all kinds of shit at me because I believed in Gillovny on a whim, but refuse to believe David is with a child, when apparently, there’s is « proof » but never proof of Gillovny! (Which there was) I always refer back to that interview a few months ago where David called the reporter a child. I know he said recently that Piper was an adult. But he was aware of what he was saying then. Unconsciously, he thinks of young girls as children. That’s all I need to know.

In what world shipping Gillovny could be worst than believing David is dating a 24 years old girl? There’s no proof, and even if there was, how could one accept this situation and therefore claim Gillovny as wrong? Don’t let them, anon! Fight back!

Because I don’t understand your question. First of all, i don’t follow her. She blocked me when she blocked many other fans. I’ve heard that she starts accepting fans accounts again now, so I guess many people follow her. Why not following her? She’s obviously close to David, so we follow her, just like we follow Brad, West, David’s band members, Piper, Jennifer Nadel, Nancy Colini and so on. I don’t have an explanation as to why we follow people who happen to work with David and Gillian. We just do. Why don’t you follow them?

the film gillian is shooting with emile hirsch is already in production, they started filming yesterday. probably another small role as it’s being filmed on location in alabama. andorra starts shooting in april and if the screenplay sticks closely to the book she’ll be filming in italy.

This isn’t really X Files related but I was wondering if anyone on your blog has contacted the TimesUp movement. I contacted them for help and got an immediate response from a lady who gave me a list of attorneys. I then contacted those attorneys only to learn that they charge large amounts of money for their help. Something I can’t afford, that’s why I contacted them in the first place. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same experience?

Wow…. I always thought that the grater cause behind that movement was to provide help to those who can’t afford it!!

I mean if you can already afford lawyers you wouldn’t need them. And if the only thing they do is to suggest lawyers that’s pretty senseless I mean you could google them yourself.

I get a sad feeling thinking that s11 will end a few weeks from now…When will we see Gillian again either on film, tv, interviews, etc.? Hope she is not quitting the business! Any News????

I’m sad too, because it looks like this is really then end this time. But apparently, Gillian is filming next month for a movie with Emilie Hirsh in Scotland. She’s also supposed to film for Andorra or maybe she has already filmed. She got a small part in that one though. And according to her last tweets, I’d bet on her doing another play soon. There could be a fourth season of The Fall too, and she said she had projects for 2019, so she’s definitely not quitting 🙂

This was a man fully aware of his musical limitations. He wasn’t some arrogant LA actor with delusions of musical grandeur – he knew he was just a dude, who was lucky enough to be playing his tunes in front of a happy, paying crowd.

And so for the next four minutes, David Duchovny had absolutely nothing to do, except to gently dance around on stage, gesturing and smiling at the audience. It was actually really beautiful, and one of the nicest concert experiences I’ve had in some time. And hey, the cover wasn’t too bad either.
