Head cannon proposal: since they couldn’t leave the apartment today, David and Gillian took it up a notch and decided to not leave the bed either. They spent the whole day alternating between making love, watching tv, reading, eating a pizza they had delivered and just talking. Thoughts? Additions welcome!

Accepted. Minus the pizza delivery. I’m not sure any pizza delivery are working today in NY. I think he cooked her a banana omelette and probably burnt it.

Why would she come out slowly with pm?she could have done that on the Red carpet of the globes or at the bfi award… all we got were those stiff poses,do u realize that she has not once mentioned him by name or whatever?!and don’ t forget that he is only rumored to be dating her through tumblr!the real world out there does not even links them together!get ur ‘hopes’ up… she is with schmoopie who is smuggling yoda when he is not meditating,buying flowers or bringen her to HAPPY tears!

Gee… what is wrong today?we all thought last year that she was trying to come out slowly-remember?now she mentions her ny-meditation friend who brings her to happy tears,pm went to the panel with another woman and yet the mood at a funeral is better!where does all this doubt come from?

Damn! You’re so right, and I don’t know! I guess if PM wasn’t always lurking around her, we would all be celebrating today! It’s frustrating and infuriating! 

Did anything new happen? I read your entry about her saying ‘If I was single’ and ‘yes’ in the London Eye interview. Anything other than that? The latest info about ‘meditating friend in NYC’ and bringing ‘tears to her eyes’ makes a pretty good case for DD. But I don’t think she would casually say ‘if I was single’ about gillovny, so that doesn’t look good. Thoughts?

My thoughts are clear: she’s coming out. There’s one man I want her to come out with, and another one I hope she’s not coming out with. So… here we are. It shouldn’t be long until it’s revealed, I guess. 

Hi JJH, I love your blog and I need your opinion on something. Gillian recently admitted that she’s in a relationship (in London eye her answer was yes when she was asked if her partner in supportive, not coy or playful, a simple, direct yes) do you believe she and David are ready to go public? B/c I doubt you open that conversation if you are not and until recently she used to deny it. What’s your take on that change?

I’m actually very chill about what she said under the London Eye. I didn’t take it as a coming out or an acknowledgment or her being in a serious relationship with someone. The way it happened was so fast and unexpected, it just made me feel like she wanted to skip the question and the journalist to move on quickly. She said Yes out of the blue, I’m not even sure she had someone in particular in her mind. When she mentioned David as her partner in the radio interview a few hours before, her word was weighed and thought, you could hear it. It wasn’t chosen randomly. But this time, the question was so unexpected that she didn’t have the time to think and just answered quickly to move on. I really hope they come out one day, but if they do, be assured it’ll be well organised and controlled by a bunch of PR an publicist, and she’ll be careful not to drop that kind of word during a random event.
